Author Topic: [Tutorial] Two hands on a weapon using milkshape 3D  (Read 13301 times)

Hey, is it possible to get a .dts importer for MS3D?

Also, thanks for the hide hand script thing.
If you want an importer get shaper.

-snip-
Wouldn't it be better to just have a whole body?

oh well

Sketchup sucks and your modal will become high poly and crap if you use it.

Yea, sketchup does created extra unneeded faces.

The more faces/polys/vertices = Bad for blockland

Really? Damn...

I cant export ms3d files in Torque DTS Plus in milkshape
When I'm making weapons. I cant just take a break and turn my laptop off because if I save the file its gonna save as a ms3d file which means I gotta make the model in one go.

what.

you open the model in milkshape then export.

Now, if the player is using hooks, that's gonna be a problem.

No, always export torque .dts plus.
This doesn't work for me.
OR it compresses the model to a very small block,
OR it makes my textures disappear.

Fixed.

Also, my weapon can't fire anymore because of the code snippet for hiding the hands. What is this? :c
