if its a small cavity they can drill it and it wouldn't hurt at all.

Ive had one filling. The needle is just a little prick and then after that you dont really feel anything. Theyre also white now not silver so it wont be noticeable

I had to get my wisdom teeth removed while I was awake

I couldn't feel anything, but I could hear my jaw popping and the cracking of the wisdom teeth.

They were also wrenching down on my jaw for leverage so they could pop the wisdom teeth out

So have I. getting a tooth pulled hurts much less then a filling.
