Terrain Build Rules - 32x32 baseplates

So yes, this has been made, and no, I don't have it.  The download link  in the original topic doesn't work anymore, and I need this add-on.

Can anyone upload it for me if they have it?

To edit for 32x = Change all 64s to 32s and all 32s to 16s.
Also need to rename it.

I Have a working version at home, but am not home at the moment; if you haven't got it solved when I get home I can post my version.
