Well Im sort of updating it, im taking away some of the grays and adding more trans also ive nocited that the trans need more trans in them. Also why are you being so harsh this is my first add-on what do you expect!

You dont use a progam, well sorta. As long as you have paint.net you can do it. I guess Ill make a tutorial on how to make one.

umm paint? Or the internet all you need is this website http://www.colorpicker.com/ Thats it I have a tutorial by the way
