Who likes to harass people with dynamite/other stuff

Sometimes I stand at the bank waiting for people coming to deposit their money, and I just throw a stick of dynamite on them while they are typing and if they are handicapped enough to respawn I take their money.

Or perhaps you can use it for a better cause, and blow up greedy cops in the jail hitting the defenseless prisoners with their batons. Seriously, some loving cops will completely disregard whatever they are currently doing, and will chase you to the ends of the map to catch you and throw you in jail.

Also, just run about throwing dynamite everywhere and cause complete chaos. That's also fun :D

I still think the most f'ed up exploit is being able to take naked people out of hotel rooms. I was nude in the hotel room, cop baton'ed and picked me up, and then brought me out of the room. I couldn't move, and I was getting demerits since he took me out of it. Then, he dropped me in the cop box thing and I lost my cop-ship. I was pissed as hell.

Remember that it's legal to be nude in hotel rooms, and I had no demerits beforehand so the cop got demerits when he did it. But he simply paid his off after dropping me in there.

What also sucks is going exploring, making it so impossibly far away you can't find your way back, then dying.

Oh oh, and that horse forest. I remember it, but I've long forgotten how to find it. All I remember is it is impossibly far away.

There's a forest really, REALLY far out in the middle of nowhere. It's foggy, and there's random horses in it.

Edit: Actually, now that I think of it... those random horses might have been left there by people who found the forest, and were killed by randomly spawned enemies as they examined the forest.

But I don't exactly remember.

I hate using Steam as a messenger because I rarely play games, and Steam takes more memory than I can afford on such a crappy computer...

YES! That's it! Distant Forest! And people keep dying there because they get off to search it, and then their horses are left for anyone who finds the forest! People told me it was Horse Forest because of that!
