I went through a lot of bushes with my friend and lots of plants an leaves and i have this stingy thing on my leg and it sorta tingly i dont know if its bad or not there are bumps.

Eh, may not be poisonous. As the others have said, many bugs do that. Could be sweat bees, horseflies, a real bee, ants, or etc.

Though you probably did piss of a spider, I remember having a bite on my arm that I could not remember being there but as the swelling went down, I noticed two white spots at the top of the bump which looked like the works of a spider.
