They're parents. They can tell if you're hiding something from them.
I know from being an observer all my life, and taking notes of the relationship between parents and their respective children. That ontop of the actions I know of, and how the children are acting.

I am a straight A student and have skipped a grade in math. I don't know about you, but I saw that is pretty good. I am a Junior Olympic athlete, but happen to be a little depressed at my over protective parents.
