I used to and still host a City Build and Hotel RP but now since V15 Came out no one is able to join it... i really want help to this because my hotel had all these rooms in it and now me and my friend cant upgrade it now... please help HELP ME

Can this help if your server does this: You are hosting a jail rp server and someone joins, a min. later another person joins with same exact name, one of them leaves and it is a process that never ends until their blockland crashes. Is that how I can fix it too?
