I think it's a universal list. If you try to use any addon with one of those names, it won't work.

The numbers are the CRC.
Cyclic Redundancy Check, which is a number given based on the file's data.

It might be one of the CRCs, or it was only failed and not crapon'd.

It wasn't crapon'd as people still use it. Things such as the MP Submachine Gun and Mininuke are crapons
