Author Topic: Remember back to our old game systems?  (Read 1302 times)

Just a little rhyme I made:

Remember back to '94, before Nintendo 64?
When NES was out and fine and arguments remained benign.

Remember to a day one year
When the Sony PS1 was here?
The Gameboy's games were sure a match
But no one had become attached.

Remember PS2's year here?
With Gamecube coming in the rear
No sides were chosen for their due
One was fun, the other, too.

The second Xbox and PS3
Came out some time with the Wii
The competition sure was fierce
But why are we so brought to tears?

One is fun, and so is the other
No need for violence, no need to smother.
I miss those years so long ago.
When all the systems were toe-to-toe.

One statement's true, one statement's clear
Don't pick sides there and here.
Only one system has bad key
And that system?

Is the Wii. :cookieMonster:.

Super Nintendo forever :3

Sega Genesis was my childhood. I never had a SNES.

Nintendo 64 was my childhood
Then I moved to ps2 for around 6 years
Then a year or 2 of wii
Now I'm a 360

I went from N64 to Xbox to Ps3 to PC.

Edit: I also had other various things like a NES I bought, a PSP, a gameboy, a gameboy color, and a few others.

I've owned (and still do) a Playstation, Nintendo 64 and have recently switched to PC and XBox 360.

The only reason I really have a 360 is because I got it for free because it had the Red Ring of Death, and I knew how to fix it. So, gaming console for free. Yay.

SNES

My favorites were Donkey Kong Country, and Super Mario World. My mother had sold the SNES for $30 to get a pair of shoes when I was around 8. Now, I play the crap out of Donkey Kong on my computer, with this lovey emulator.

Mario 3 on the Super Nintendo using the Power Glove...

Hell yes!

Nintendo 64 was my childhood
Then I moved to ps2 for around 6 years
Then a year or 2 of wii
Now I'm a 360

Same as me, just without the wii.

JUS LIKE THAT WIZERD MOVIE RITE
