Minning help

Hello again people.....Blacklanders....I am making a RPG and i need to know the VCE Commands on how to make Mine-able Minnerals that i can take to a smelter..... the First Quest you have to do is Mine 3 Brones minerals and 1 silver mineral to the instructer and he gives you a bronze Dagger. Any Help?
