I don't think 22k ID has anything to do with why he's handicapped. There are plenty of new people that are smart and actually know how to act.

Too many of the more handicapped kids play BL now, but, it's so similar to legos so I guess thats why.

I think the only way to partly prevent this is by announcing your server in Gallery, make your server passworded and write the password in teh gallery topic.
This way not every noob comes on the server

I hate when they 'Threaten' you by saying, "Im gonna leave if you dont give adminz!"
Because i really doubt anyone cares if a noob who came your server asking for admin and threatening you that they will leave, leaves.
