Hey guys ive been gone for a whille working out. I'm now losing weight and hope to keep on doing so. I've been riding my bike, lifting weights, and eating two meals a day. I skip out on lunch now because I will be more hungry the next meal and eat a healthy filling meal. Cheer me on guys!!!

Good luck though. I have really been needing to lose weight but have yet to get any motivation.

Yes you can do it too. I found out I ate more while I was on the computer or watching tv. So I cut my plug-ins and it forced me to have fun with something else so I started going outside.
