Mouse scrolling not working inGame

 The scrolling drum has low sensitivity when switching weapons, or even scrolling when selecting maps. The problem only appears ingame, while the rest is unaffected.

The Tilt Wheel makes navigating and viewing documents, spreadsheets and images more efficient

 I think this might be part of the issue.

happens, my friends computer can't scroll either, but if you have another mouse try to see if that works, if not try to make it work in controls, if you already have, its the USB ports problem if the mouse didn't work.

UGH i didn't read all of your post, NOW I CAN EDIT MY POST. its just in options, find it its likee a bar slide thing you have to fix.

Make sure your mouse setting is set to two button mouse+wheel or what ever it's called.
