Badspot removed them because he thought the newer versions looked better.

If you payed them, then I think Badspot could sue them... Not totally sure.

To be honest, i can see why.
But the current model makes Blockland different from LEGO, so it's good

Im guess LEGO is just jeleous of Blockland, thay wanted a game that people/kids could customize and play there character, To get that thay would have to make an exuse to sue him, such as the limbs where 'copying LEGO'.
Thay would use that exuse to sue Badspot, opon thay could own Blockland and use it for raking in a forgetload of cash into there pockets. Now....LEGO is just evil. Don't thay still want Blockland?
