New Bedroom Discoveries

I was using admin teleport when I went through the floor of the regular Bedroom map and found this...

So I looked around some more and there was a tunnel leading outside.
 
I thought to myself, "A new building place".
If you want to know how to get to the secret spot, just teleport through the floor and look a blue room that is lighted. THERE IT IS!

Well I know a lot of secrets at GSF and San Andreas. Those are pretty easy to find. The Kitchen I already know about, too.
