Author Topic: Okay seriously, Macs have a right click.  (Read 1301 times)

I'm going to enjoy killing you guys without the ability to right click to airblast, detonate stickies, spin up your minigun, cloak, zoom in on a sniper rifle or activate an uber!

^^^Seriously, here's my response to this. Macbooks can loving right click. So can desktop macs. Here's why.

I bought my Macbook in 2008, it came with,

1. An installation disk of Mac OS X Leopard

2. Macbook

3. Manual for stuff that I don't need to read

4. 80W Magsafe power adapter

5. A 2 BUTTON MOUSE.

Yes, I've used it multiple times and it is very comfortable on the hand.

Also, my mac uses an easy system where you put 2 fingers on the trackpad and click for a rightclick, and 1 or no fingers for a left click. It does other stuff with more fingers but that isn't the point.

Seriously, all macs can right click. Unless you are using one of the older macbooks from 2004, in that case you are too cheap to either buy the new mouse or upgrade your laptop.

So really, you people need to finally get that Macintosh based computers right click, and if you say they can't, and you realize this, You sir, are a troll.

No, I'm not trying to be a macintosh vs PC cigarette, I just want you idiots to shut up about how we can't right click. Yes we loving can. If you want, yell at us for having no games. At least that is true :(.

I think everyone should just calm down. I got a PC you have a Mac, who really cares which runs what, it's not like you have the other computer. It's not interfering with your life, so shut the forget up.

There are people who focus on the properties of the computer.

I'm a PC, and Windows 7 was my idea. Also there's an app for that.

even the trackpads have right click

Like I said. I'm not being a Macintosh VS. PC cigarette.

The only purpose of this topic is to tell the idiots that there is a right click on a mac.

I'm not comparing computers.

I don't like using the two finger method, so I made it where if i click the bottom right part of my trackpad it right clicks.

Well, I happen to use the two finger method more often, so I sort of got used to using it. I guess you can use the mouse if you are at home at a desk or something. But otherwise you can change it up in the preferences.

I'd rather use a mac except for the fact that PC has all the games. I think macs have better interface and a pure fact here is that they're better coded. Everyone that knows anything about computers know that PCs are sloppily coded but are getting better since XP (with the exclusion of vista, that was just a huge mistake on their part). But I love my PC, my windows 7 loves me back. I love my mac, my leopard loves me back. I love my iPhone, it loves me back. I love my.. microsoft word. It loves me back. Can't we all be a loving family and just connect through the interwebs peacefully with our right clicks and our left clicks and be a big family?

btw in responce to the origional post's comment about the two button mouse: all mac mouses have four buttons. Left click, right click, middle click, and if you squeeze the mouse's sides that is mouse4.

half-derail but kind of same topic; I have 17 buttons on my mouse.

also my setup for bl is 1-10 are bricks and 11 and 12 are record/playback macro.
