Don't forget about the countless parents with terminally ill children that forgo medical treatment to use "healing prayers". Of course the child dies, then they wonder why.
Let's not forget that you don't know stuff. Those people were very stupid, because its not a sin to use medication. God doesn't do anything he doesn't want to. Why am I arguing about this stuff with people who are close-minded about it?
It is indeed a bribe, God does not take deals of any sort.
forget your an idiot. I don't want to cite from the Bible itself, but I'll tell the story.
Jesus told Parables, which are anecdotal stories about daily life with hidden meanings.
A shepherd has 100 sheep, and 1 goes missing. His sheep are his livelihood, so he corrals the 99 other sheep into a pen, and goes looking for the single missing one. When he finds it, he is overjoyed with happiness and all others he tell this to are happy for him, too.
This relates to God in the sense that we, people, are the sheep, and the shepherd is God. When one person loses their way and becomes a sinner, but later repents and rejoins the herd, it is a great celebration in heaven. If someone has been faithful all along, they get recognition, but no celebration.
My grandpa lost his way, then repented and found it again. The celebration was the survival of my grandmother.
forget off.
