Ephialties banned me for no reason

So, Ephialties banned me from IRC because i questioned if he was the real ephi' because he had no admin-icon. I told him to prove it by kicking me and he banned me.

What the hell do i have to do??? It's been like 3 weeks sense he banned me, and that's far to long for no reason
