Port-Forwarding Time Capsule on PC?

How do I do this? And yes, I have looked at the "How to port forward on mac", but I'm port forwarding an airport through a PC.

Have you tried the method of

• IPconfig into command prompt
• Take default gateway address and put into fave browser
• Do some stuff.

I have a feeling that airports don't have a web interface, so you may need to download the Windows version of Airport Utilities; a quick google should turn up some results - If you successfully get a version of it working, you should be then able to follow the mac guide.
