i did but i kinda like the GIMp program better but how do you import a file over another one in GIMP?

Uh... Open the image you want in GIMP in MS paint, select it all, Ctrl+C, Go to GIMP, [OPTIONAL:Add new layer], Ctrl+V, then Ctrl+H.
