Second that.  It was wonderfully done.
Thank you both.

This seems like a nice idea.
Then again Blockland needs a whole new lighting redone.

It really bothers me how decals and faces self illuminate.

Cant light falloff distance be edited? Or did Badspot cap it?

Nice Video btw.

I have Squideey's brick texture, and it helps a lot with lighting! This should be made default. Also, bricks should have shadows, and the player shadows should be made better. I really hate how light goes through bricks. Let's say you have a secret lab hidden underground in a dark map. You wish for the lab to have lighting, and so you add it. All of a sudden everybody on the server finds where it is and you notice a very ugly effect on the ground above the lab.

Yes, the lighting needs to be fixed badly.

Nice video, agree with topic, needs to be fixed, big fat chicks.

That is all.

What recording software did you use? Nice job by the way.

Hypercam? I don't know I'm guessing.

How did you get such smooth movements in game?

/timescale 0.5 and speed the video up x2 in the video editor.?

My guess is he turned his keyboard turn rate all the way down and used his "turn [direction]" keybinds. And also the thing that Packer said, possibly.

He uses Fraps.

I was making a night version of ACM city and noticed this as well.
Me too. But think about it.. This is a great idea and an important point, but a game can only do so much...

If your'e working on this, i support it.
