How do I put a picture under my username

Ok, im like the only one who doesn't have a picture under my name... I thought that i could jsut pick a picture but when I tried to do that I posted a comment and no picture under my name please help...

1. Click on profile.

2. Find modify profile.

3. Click on forum profile information.

4. Click on browse then just find a picture that has been saved in your computer to be your profile picture. Or you can go on the web and find a picture to save then download.

5. Click change profile when done.
