You don't need to read it to say that it needs proper formatting with paragraphs and indentations. That's like saying that you can't look at a game screenshot to know whether or not the graphics are good or bad. If you're judging the format of something, all you need to do is look at the format. If you're judging the story, then yes, you do need to read it.
But seriously, fix the format, because there is no way I'd read a book if it was just a wall of text on every page.
