I'm pretty sure it was banned because it's a horrible spammy weapon used only by badmins. Love the weapons!

News:  I got a few more things to add to this topic once I finish school and I added new answers to the poll and reset it.  Discredit to curiosblockland or something for stealing my topic and some of the add-ons on this topic.  Some of his even got failed.  i know someon of mine did too but I think I removed them.

It was failed because it overwrited the rocket launcher damage.

Yep. All add-ons in my server work. Any that don't I simply remove, as I have on loving idea how to fix them lol.
