Working on the update currently, since there were problems with a few going together.
Also trying to make a command to stop it, but not sure how to stop a schedule happening.

-Time now changeable in RTB Server Prefrences
-Fixed a few of the messages going together/at the same time
-Added a /siend command, to stop the loop
-It tells you when the loop starts, and ends.
-Cannot start the loop twice.
