I believe so.
I'm not as "valued" (not allowed to say the word"rank") as Drunk or Attention, but due to my activity, I'm just going to aswer that.

I say yes, but it's really up to the people with their names near the top of the member list (Still, not allowed to use the word "ranks").
EDIT: Thank God Pablo finally found his inner-evil and made a Blacklist with people actually on it :P

Yeah. The clan page is more fun. But I do like Jackie's house. If it was finished I would gladly welcome her into the clan.

Well I don't think she would want to. If you're like me, making a clan is loving hard. You have to keep up with all the members, make plans for the clan, and more. I see she has her own clan but that would be hard to have your own clan and be in a different clan.
