I reserve full judgement until you announce it complete.
I can give a few words on the exterior though:
I kinda like the theme of it, especially the ground floor exterior.
The upper floors are a little bit oversimplified, though. Perhaps your app would look better
if you applied a modular system to it... say 8x8 modules, so that hallways are possible, etc.
That way, the windows can be evenly dispersed across the outside in similar 8-block-wide modules.
And once this is complete, I'd like to see a real roof on it, like maybe a tiled roof or a commercial roof of some kind.
And I hope the interior turns out nice.
