30 bucks at WalMart or Target, but I think there is a sale if you buy on EA's website.

YOu know that you can dl clothes/cars and stuff from the internets google it i had a cool house with a basement but then  i deleted sims 3 :7

Cool house general, looks like you could use some landscaping though, and the house seems really close to the road, but I did the same thing so no room for me to judge. And why do you have the extra two outside car ports? But I really liked how you had the one centerpiece with the fountain and the entertainment room.
