Can't get into servers with no ping showing

Most servers except few have --- as ping
When i try to connect i get the message
Connecting to ...... (IP)
And no sending challenge request or punch packets
This is for almost every server
Except servers with ping or ??? as ping

i didn't have this problem yesterday

Ping is how fast you get the signal for the other guys server in miliseconds so...
That server wasn't giving you the connection.
Weird though, you said it worked before?
