I tried to join Police Man's server but when I joined, I got a very noob like ban.  I didn't even get to the point where I can see the loading screen and I know I wasn't banned before because I haven't even met the person.  I checked the BL_ID to make sure that the person didn't change their name too.  Here is a picture of the ban:
