Custom LEGO Decals...

I've found some pretty high-quality Lego TF2 Decals, and I want to know the best way to... attach them to the blank bodies/arms/faces/whatever.

Put paper on figure's torso, get scissors, cut off parts of paper that's hanging off the torso and see how that goes?

I do it this effing strench way

I have this stuffe

(supposed to be 912 x 1157)

And then I open it with Gay Image Manage Program (GIMP) and LIEK press ctrl + p

I seat the utskrivningsstorlek (ENGLISH MOTHERforgetER DO YOU SPEAK IT?) to 45 or 56 millimeters (depending on different forgets) and then das printer stuffs it out.
