Like he said, it's for the European version of Windows 7.

The EU Court had a hissy fit over it and slapped Microsoft with a big fine and ordered them to make IE and WMP not default on Windows 7.

Microsoft just started a advertising campaign for IE8, but really? It's like we have Mozilla, Google, and Microsoft bashing eah other over the tv with their advertisements.

You forgot Safari, Flock, and Opera.
