Welcome to the brand spanking new MaxCo Luxury Apartment building. We offer the very best in all your needs. Our new apartments come bare, with room for your stuff to be placed in. There is no toilet, as Blockheads don't have that need. We have room service for anything. All you have to do is call 0135 on your telephone and we'll be right on up!*

How to Get a Room:
Ingame:
Non-Member Rooms:
1) Come to the server
2) Inquire in the lobby
3) Ask me (Maximum ingame)
4) Make your room outside the building
5) Wait for me to dupe it in (if acceptable)

Member Rooms:
1) Come to the server
2) Build an application
3) If you're accepted you can build your own room inside the building
4) If you are not accepted you can try again until you get it (you must wait 24hrs to app again once declined)
Note: All rooms left for a period of 48hrs unused they are prone to accidental D-Wanding
