Give bricks new owners?

Is it possible to give a new player the ownership of a brick using events? I want to make a lot... in this lot i want to make it so you click it and it asks you for a CashTransfer and if you buy the lot then it will make that player own the brick.

Well that kinda helps but i wanna make the brick give ownership buy just clicking on it thanks tho i will probably use this tool
