Random IRC ban

So today, I was on IRC, Chatting with a bunch of guys. Someone comes in, and starts talking about his TDM. one guy says that he probably made it so he could kill people with high powered explosives. The guy advertising his server said that that's what most TDMs do. I said yep, and for some reason, the IRC glitched, and blockbot banned me, reason: "Excessive caps". What the hell?

I'm pretty sure Excessive Caps is just a kick unless you got like 3 warnings or something.

warnings stay for a very long time. Your probably had two already, you just forgot.

Besides, excessive caps can mean you have alot of caps in one message.

E.g. omg you guys TOTALLY HAVE TO check out my AWESOME SERVER

somewhere along those line can get you warning/ban
