Author Topic: Atheism... Now with extra Christianity!  (Read 12252 times)

Love you.
I think it would be funny if this happened when you met Peter.

God would stamp your forehead with a "REJECTED"

Then Peter yells "OWNED BITCHES."

But that wouldn't happen.

Atheism doesn't explain it, but Christianity doesn't explain it any better.  Besides Atheism is not believing in a god (it doesn't quite mean that they don't believe in what you posted, it could be WAY more insane)

wat

Atheism literally means to have no theistic beliefs.

I kind of have a modified belief of Christianity.

I think God was like:  "I wanna see stuff go down."  Clapped his hands, and the big bang happened.  Then everything else happened on its own accord.

If you believe that god had no interference in the universe after its creation, you're a deist.

I still don't see how spinning balls of positive and negative (atoms) can create emotions, and have yet to find an article explaining it.

lol

You don't know what an atom is.

lol

You don't know what an atom is.
Protons and neutrons in the middle, electrons on the outside, they spin around in a cloud pattern and they form bonds. Everything is made up of atoms.

Now answer my question.

I still don't see how spinning balls of positive and negative (atoms) can create emotions, and have yet to find an article explaining it.
There are trillions of atoms, and life was made because of a random collision of atoms.  And then survival of the fittest kicked in, all the way up to today.
Well I am pretty sure that emotions are an instinct given to use so we can, well...survive.

Anger to fight.

Fear to run.

Love for friends. (power in numbers?)

Happy for accomplishment, so you want to do something again.

Sad for stronger ties with friends.

Pain to teach you what you should and shouldn't do.

Lust for procreation.  (lol.)

If you think about it, this is how an infant views the world.

Also, we are destroying the Laws of Evolution.  I know it sounds forgeted up, but the way evolution works, it weeds out the weak, the dumb, the disabled, the mentally challenged, etc.

Not that it is a bad thing, but we are helping those people live.

Basically electric pulses in the brain.

Ok, I broke my vow just to crush this mental handicapation you seem to have grown.

Atoms, consist of protons (+), neutrons ( ), and electrons (-). These are one of the most basic units of matter. Then once you have thousands of atoms you get an element, this element can then be compounded with another element, to create a substance. With the correct substances interacting with each other DNA can be formed. Life's most basic unit is the cell which relies on DNA to reproduce, cells form tissues, tissues form organs, and then organs form organ systems inside an organism. Evolution is a way that DNA changes overtime to keep a species from going extinct when conditions change. Natural selection weeds out the variations of some species that can't survive.

Now, emotions are created by brain "signals" which are chemicals and "electrical" signals that your nerves send to your muscles which then flex in a specific manner that humans comprehend as an emotion.

It's funny how people say religion wars are stupid, yet they continue posting in them.

Human emotions are so bullstuff.

A recent study was done that the human brain subconsciously is aware of preforming an action (i.e. moving your hand) 3 milliseconds before the conscious brain does.

Do we have free will at all? If everything is predetermined subconsciously, like an instinct, then maybe we aren't free at all.

Nah, cause our conscious mind communicates.
