Yeah, as long as people don't attack or verbally abuse people because of race, the police can't do anything.

I have been thinking, why am I defending Christianity?  There is no commandment saying I should.  Also, I haven't really followed commandments, so I am going to try to start now.  Except for #9.  That one I can't follow.

2 things.

1.  Like I said before, I am not going to defend it, just try to follow it.

2.  God works with imperfect people.  Anyone can get to heaven, even a murderer.  The only way you won't be accepted is if, when being judged on your sins, you say you neither accept nor believe in God.

Well I think you are viewing it the wrong way.

I thought Purgatory was a common-knowledge topic, but I suppose not.
Purgatory is a mid-point that you need to stop at before going to heaven, where you pray daily for forgiveness of your sins from your life.

Also, if you die, and God is staring you in the face asking if you accept and believe whether or not he is real, you would say no?

i believe that all people go straight to hell but get out depending on their sins.
