I've noticed that the work you've put into the clan itself is more than what you've put into your videos. Note that I am not putting down the clan or movies, but simply making a suggestion. I thoroughly enjoy the intro, forum post art, and your organization for this, but by the looks of your films, it seems that you're not fully showing what you want expressed.
Remember, I'm not trying to put down the clan at all, and you don't even have to listen to me, I'm just making a suggestion
What I recommend:
1. Writing a script for each film you produce (Not sure if you're already doing this or not.. But I hope you are.)
2. Getting at LEAST 2 cameramen (If possible) for a variety of shot types/angles.
3. Don't be afraid to start a scene over! If you see something that went wrong because of an actor don't be lazy and let it slip.. Just start it over and explain what went wrong.
4. Voice acting is a MUST for a quality film. Take several tries if you have to, to make sure you aren't whispering, or any other annoying thing that can emit into your mic accidentally.
5. Constructive criticism is VERY helpful! Take every insult you get and inquire deeply into them, so that you will not have that same insult again!
6. Create your own ideas, don't go with something that's been done 100 times. (E.g. "A robot renegade cop!")
I honestly hope you take these into consideration, and I'm expecting to see some cool stuff in the new films coming up.
