I Need help with Colorpacks

Again, This time due to no replies i made a new thread.
The question is. How do i install colorpacks?
They do not show up in list of installed ad dons or anything. Help would be applauded.

1. Get RTB here -> http://returntoblockland.com/?page_id=5
2. Make sure your colorset file is named "Colorset_Namehere" (without quotes)
3. Click start game in blockland.
4. On the GUI where you select a map, click the little bubble the says "Color Manager"
5. Chose your color set
6. Click "load"
7. Done
