For anyone who is missing a dll, check to see if the exe and dll have different file names, if they do then rename them to to match the other one, if they don't then try renaming them both to "Zelda_World". I had this problem after I renamed the exe and saw that, instead of trying to load Zelda World.dll, it was trying to load Zelda_World.dll, so I renamed it and it worked.

Oh nice, this could be one of things causing problems, thanks for that :D

Also rename it to Zelda World.exe and Zelda World.dll, that will stop any naming convention problems.
