Not a smartphone, just a regular phone. It must have QWERTY keyboard, Verizon or Sprint, texting, and under 50 bucks.

But anywho, the Virgin Mobile $12 phones are great. They can survive almost anything, no monthly plan required, has texting and some otherr neat stoof.

Virgin Mobile is crap. I used to have there Cyclops phone.

It's not that bad, and cheap for good service.

Example = Person 1 meets person 2. And person 2 moves to Japan. So person 1 wants a cell phone.

You could easily make contact some other way. That is not a valid example.
