ReD_eYe was accused of stealing some scripts in the first version, so I know he made a little. But yea, he missed out on most things, the name might as well been the main thing he did.

No, I didn't make it. Ephilates is the main contributor to the project now, but several users have had their hands in the project at some point. Some of those members have disappeared completely; it can only be assumed that they ended their own lives out of shame for being involved with RTB. One previous contributor died in a tragic ballooning accident.
