Back pains...

Yesterday something happened in my back I think :c
A muscle started would randomly contract or something and it was hella painful. I just sat it out though, and this morning I was fine. Until it started again D: Now my back is killing me again.

It's really painful... Anyone had this ever? What did you do to fix it?

It hurts like stuff when I use the muscle though, so I basically can't do anything 'cept sit around.

Chiropractors aren't medical professionals at all.

Are you overweight at all? How often do you exercise your back muscles? If you rarely exercise them try looking up some low impact exercises targeted towards senior citizens with back pain. They're easy to do and use your own body weight; that's a good starting point. Make sure you stretch well before and warm up.
