My server worked half way through v14 and now v15 and i port fowerd in v13 i need help PLZ

my ping is always --- i tryed disabling uPnP and enabling port fowerding
because i port fowerd in v13.

Well, the problem i have been having is i have to change port from 28100 to 28000 every time i host... Just saying somethin' if it helps at all... :P

Have You Tryed Turning Off Your ipv6 for awhile and then turning it back on after a few days?
