Tell your Dad this then, if he can't really aggree with you, I can't help you anymore then calling your Dad a richardhead:
"Hey Dad, my sister has been over tempered and, to tell you the truth, some sort of stupidity. She has been hurting me and since I would never want to hurt my sister, I came to tell you this. The people in Africa have NOTHING to do with the coversation were having right now. This is about OUR family and really, I feel like a pile of stuff, excuse my french (Yes, say this). I don't know what to do with my life, since you have not been trusting me and so as everyone else in my life. It has come to the point that I REALLY have to tell you this. You have been a bad parent for letting this happen for [insert period of time here]. If you allow this happening, you will expect a suprise later. I will not tell you."
This is my possible solution. I don't care if your crying while doing this, just don't, DON'T pusillanimous individual out. I have had this feeling once, trust me.
