2 Ibans?

I went to badspots server one day and there was 2 Ibans! Same exact name! I thought it was that double window trick so I looked: Nope. One was ID: 1649 and one was 21611
I took pictures, because nothing is good without pics

I still don't get how one can have a way higher ID yet still have the same name. And you could tell they were not the same. Example:

LowerID: lol i iz iban ima ban you ban ban ban

Normal Iban: Get out Impostor. Everybody hates a troll.
