It's something along the lines of attaching a file to the picture. Since you need to download a temp picture to view it, you can attach a file to it?

Well, I searched through all posts containing, "Casualmen" and all of them had imageremoved tags. And he did in fact get banned, since I managed to find one that contained a User was banned for this post. but it was removed.
