Author Topic: I made my first animated avatar :o  (Read 2530 times)

I know I suck but it is the only thing I can do right now.
This was done painfully with paint.net :o

I think I got the frames backwards :C
here it is in reverse, I think :o

Fast paced.  Slow it down a bit more and add more pictures to the animation (I know it must have been painful, but if you want it perfect, follow my suggestions)
Or
If its supposed to be fast paced, then I guess your fine.

Edit: I like the second one better.

I would do that, but I don't want to use paint.net again.
Any alternatives?

Center the frames, for god's sake.

I would do that, but I don't want to use paint.net again.

Is the interface difficult?

I used a sprite sheet.

It was a real pain in the butt.

It's pretty simple. Just a lot of problems if you don't canvas each frame the same amount of pixels.
I.E. For example: One frame is 72x75, Second frame is 57x80, won't work. Gotta resize the first frame's canvas to fit the second frame's sprite.
