Why do people always kick me from L4D2 Realism Versus lobbys? Tell me my mudkip comrade!

Maybe it's because 4 guys in L4D1 lowered my ratings a lot because i wouldn't save them in a finale which i thought was neccesary revenge when i died like 3 times in one game with them,always when i was caught with a hunter and smoker right in their faces.
